Big Day

Today was a big day for Elle Louise and me. Our sweet friend, Rachel, came to take some newborn pics of Baby Girl. She took them around our house using my bed, Elle's crib and dresser as props. Rachel featured these pictures on her blog, Rachel Blackwell Photography.

I am IN LOVE with these pictures. They are absolutely precious. I cannot even wait to see all the rest!







Are they not just amazing! I might be a little bias, but I definitely think little Elle Louise could be a baby model!

6 pounds, 2 ounces 19 inches
And.....SO very sweet!


We are very proud and very in love!!!

Grease Is The Word

Mom brought over my birthday present on Saturday. Funny thing, my birthday is not until May, so it was quite the suprise.

GREASE The Musical is coming to our local performing arts center and Mom got me tickets for the Friday night it is here...in May...a couple days AFTER my birthday! Along, with a "certificate" claiming that she and my father would watch the babe! I was SO excited. Eventhough, I didn't really act super appreciative at the time because I was having contractions and trying to get ahold of the on-call nurse.

Remember me? I'm Ace Young, from American Idol Season 5 and I will be playing Danny Zuko.

And, Taylor Hicks....Teen Angel! Perfect.

And, this cutie pie was on The Search For Elle Woods on MTV last year. Her name is Lauren Ashley Zarkin (or something like that). She will play Sandy!

Apparently this is the cast set to perform on tour.

And, what's even better is I have 3 extra tickets!!!

Woo hoo! I am so excited.
