i follow about 700 blogs in my reader. no joke. i usually just skim through them without a second thought when i'm bored and i really read the blogs that i have on my side bar. but yesterday while skimming though my reader i stumbled upon a fun idea for 2013. a picture a week of something you love. but it being the same something. wish i could remember the blog where i got the idea so i could give them credit, but i can't. if i stumble across it again i will for sure give them credit.

you all see pics of elle and my family so thought it would be fun to share pics of our home. right now it is not ideal. more square footage would be nice. we are growing out of it at a rapid pace. also, sometimes i find decorating my home very frustrating. plus its not really in the budget for us to constantly be adding and updating our house. but in the same breath, i think the fact that we are all crammed in this tiny house is fun. no one can escape. its also fun thrifting fun finds for our home and dreaming up what our next house will be like. our house if full of hand me downs. and diy projects. and that's where we are at this precious time in our lives. we are most definitely cozy in our little space!

so with an attempt to embrace our small home, i thought it would be fun to show a weekly pic of something having to do with our home! something that i adore. something that i am most proud of.

so my first picture (going to do back to back posts since i am a week behind) is probably my most favorite wall in our home.

we recently added the four shaped wall frames from hobby lobby (half off they are pretty inexpensive) and added some more recent family pictures. just got around to getting our fall 2011 pictures printed and hung. i cannot wait to add some harry to the mix.

its such a happy wall in our home. and i love how i can see it when i'm cooking in the kitchen or sitting on the couch. and i can see it right now while i'm sitting at the desk! we will probably have every square inch of this walled filled up before it is all said and done with!
