when we started brainstorming elle's nursery, 3 plus years ago (sigh!), i knew that i wanted aaron to paint something on the wall. we went back and forth until he came up with the tree and the 3-dimensional birds and owl.

  

i love this wall and am going to be so sad when we have to paint over it one day. which is coming sooner than later. elle's room will be the office and the office will be a new shared space for elle and harry.
