baby #2 {29 weeks}

decided to post our weekly bump picture a few days early because we are headed on a mini vacay tomorrow for a few days. just the three of us. we have been wanting to fit in a little time to get away just us before baby harry makes his big debut. and since i'm not super gargantuan yet we thought now would be a good time!

as i mentioned in my last bump post....we have been sick. elle has been really sick. tonsillitis and an ear infection in her right ear. and last sunday night she ran 104.7. scared us out of our minds. we stuck her in a cold bath and when i got ahold of the after hours nurse at arkansas children's she told us to get her out of the cold bath asap. that cold water and fever is the worst combination. we were terrified. after that we were on top of her fever, kept it low and tuesday her antibiotic finally kicked in and she started feeling better. she still has a pretty gnarly cough but other than that she's all good.

it has been a loooooooooooong week to say the least. i'm glad we are all on the mend and we are ready for a fun weekend ahead!

did you notice i cut my hair? 4 inches gone. i love it! and am now wondering why i waited so long to do it. some people are just not long hair people. i think i am one of them.
